Fiber bundle

This product belong to high speed fiber bundle filter media, act better than fiber ball filter media, the filtrate speed up to (20-50 m/h), good at waste interception. It’s a new type of filter media.

The product is made of good quality acrylic, polypropylene, polyester yarn. Because there are many biology lump and oxygen in the surface, so it can contact with water thoroughly. This way the suspension can be intercept and leave the water clean.The filtrate speed is 4-4.5 times faster than quartz. Easy to revive and automate.

Generally the filtrate speed is 35m/h for rough input water 120mg/L, output SS≤5mg/L. Refine filtrate input 25mg/L and output ≤2mg/L.Because it’s special technique, the maintenance and replace is very fast. It’s widely used for high standard water, recycle, side filtration and waste water recycling in power generation, oil field, chemical industry, metallurgy, electronics and so on.

The fiber filter media apply for the direct filtration, it can be used like Reverse osmosis desalination and other pretreatment of strict requirement for its good act at output water quality, low water resistance, long working cycle.The physical and chemical indicators
