1.Descriptions:
The machine has the high-speed, low speed, mobile scraper,which can be used for mixing, cutting, dissolving, scraping the wall. A scraper on the planet carrier rotates and constantly scrapes the barrel wall.Because the barrel wall is finished by the large vertical lathe and is polished by the large-scale automatic polishing machine,the rotation of the scraper will completely scrape the material in the barrel wall,which will improving the mixing effetiency.
2. Features:
With the soft sealing between the mechanical sealing and thekettel body,the material can be operated in vacuum.
The kettle body can be heated by electricity, steam, water and oil circulation. The unique temperature detection devicein the transmission shaft ensures that the material temperature error is less than 1 .The jacket ,bottom jacket , the coiled tube and the deflector inside the jacket can be used to cool.
The Inner wall of the kettle is finished by the large vertical lathe and is polished by the large-scale automatic polishing machine,the rotation of the scraper will completely scrape the material in the barrel wall,which will improving the mixing effetiency.
Both the distance of blade-blade and the distance of blade-barrel wall are 3-4 mm.Blades
Make the rotation and the revolution,which will keep the material moving to be mixed in a very short time.
The rotation and the revolution of the blades adopt the frequency control (frequency conversion motor). According to different techniques, different viscosity the user can choose the different rotation speed. The speed measuring system can directly give the different impellers speed.
