Outdoors using Cold-resistance (-50), Oil-resistance TPE elastomer
cable and sheath materials (below that is simpled as TPE-OW50) is a
body mixed by the special rubber and many kinds of plastics. and it
is also researched and developed by Weifang Tianrui Chemical Co.,
Ltd. The development of TPE-OW50 elastomer mainly makes up the
shortages of the general TPE elastomer. And it develops the broad
foreground for the general TPE. Properties: 1. TPE-OW50 not only has good workability and the mechanical
physical performance . 2. TPE-OW50 remarkably bears the ultraviolet radiation. After 720
hours ultraviolet radiation , its mechanical physical performance
remains nearly the same as before .It can conform to the UL105
electric wire standard hot air circulation to get older (136*168). 3. TPE-OW50 has good oil-resistance. After dipping in Oil IRM902
for 168 hours at the centigrade 60, the Rates of tensile strength
retention changes and elongation retention changes are more than
80%. 4. The TPE-OW50 elastomer has high temperature resistance .So in
150 temperature, under 2000g loads, the thermal deformation
maintains in 50%. When Shore A equals78, its tensile strength can
over 1400psi, and the tensile stretch is more than 300%. 5. TPE-OW50 elastomer has good flame- resistance . In ULSJE14AWG
16AWG AND 18AWG wires all pass FT2 VW-1 grades . TPE-OW50 Physical and Mechanical Properties:
The ranges of usage: TPE-OW50 are mainly used in the wires such as ULSJE 14AWG 16AWG
18AWG.At 50 after four hours of low temperature spooling, on the
superficial have non dehiscence phenomenon and the wires also
maintained certain flexibility. |
